1. Who we are

FogECG is a cloud resilience and compliance platform currently in development. This page covers how we handle personal information collected through our coming soon website at fogecg.com ("the site").

2. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill in our interest expression form, which may include:

• Your first and last name
• Your work email address
• Your company name and your role within it
• Company size and primary cloud environment (optional)
• Any message or context you choose to share with us

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking pixels, behavioural advertising, or fingerprinting on this site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Follow up with you about the FogECG pilot, beta, or product launch
• Send you updates about FogECG if you've asked to be kept in the loop
• Understand the types of organisations and use cases we should prioritise

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we will not sell or rent your data to any third party.

4. How your form submission is processed

Our interest form is processed by Formspree, a form handling service. When you submit the form, your data passes through Formspree's servers and is delivered to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit — you can read it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not store your submission in any database beyond what lands in our inbox.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party analytics service on this page.

Your browser may cache assets (images, fonts, stylesheets) locally as part of normal web behaviour — this is not tracking.

6. Third-party services

This site loads resources from the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts — to load our typefaces. Google may log the request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare CDN — to load Font Awesome icons. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Formspree — for form submission handling, as described above.

Beyond these, no other third-party scripts, pixels, or SDKs are loaded on this site.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your details for as long as they are useful for following up about FogECG — typically through the pilot and launch period. If you'd like us to delete your information at any time, just email us at hello@fogecg.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your information
• The right to withdraw consent at any time

9. Security

We take reasonable care to protect information you share with us. Our site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to submitted enquiries to the core FogECG team only.

That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If you have concerns about sending sensitive information, feel free to contact us directly instead.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. We're a small team building something new, so this policy will grow as we do.
